Methodology
Every engagement begins with a problem framing session, not a requirements gathering exercise, but a structured attempt to find the smallest version of the problem worth solving. The goal is to avoid building the wrong thing at scale.
From the framing, we define the architecture: what the system takes as input, what it produces, how it connects to existing tools, and what happens when it fails. This is documented before a single line of code is written.
Build phases are short and iterative: typically two to three week sprints with working software at the end of each. Nothing is built in isolation. Every component is tested against real operational data from your environment, not synthetic test cases.
Deployment and handover are built into the project scope, not treated as afterthoughts. The aim is that someone on your team can extend or maintain the system without calling a consultant to do it.
